Thank you for shopping with us at A New Tribe. We endeavour to do all that we can to hope you love your purchase(s). However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us provided they are in original condition. Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive a refund. Please note the specific methods below for your purchase:

 

Website Returns

We offer a full refund or exchange for any products bought online providing that they are shipped back to us in original condition within 14 days.

Please contact us via email in advance of returning any orders, so that we know to expect these and can provide the best return address at the time - store@anewtribe.co.uk

Please include a copy of your order confirmation with your return so that we can locate your order and make any refunds as quickly as possible. Please provide any additional information such as if you would prefer an exchange along with this where needed.

Please ensure you retain your proof of purchase. Shipping costs unfortunately cannot be refunded. 

After the 14 day period a credit note will be offered within 28 days of purchase. We cannot accept and items for returns or exchange after 28 days of the order being delivered to you.

We really appreciate not being put in a difficult position by asking for a refund/exchange outside of the 14/28 day period.

 

Damages

We always do what we can to pack fragile items as well as possible. However, in the unfortunate instance that any item(s) should arrive broken, please notify us of this by email to: store@anewtribe.co.uk within 5 working days of the delivery, for us to be able to investigate this if necessary to process any refunds or replacements. If we are not notified within 5 working days any refunds/replacements will be at our discretion. 

If your item is damaged then along with your email please send us a picture of the box that it arrived in with at least one picture clearly showing the shipping label, plus supporting images of the broken item and internal packaging.
