Ordering and Payment
PLACING AN ORDER
Our website allows you to click on any item, amend quantities, add to cart then when ready, review and purchase items in the cart. If you choose to sign up for an account with us, it also allows you to track the status of orders, view your order history, and save address information. We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as the order cannot always be amended once submitted.
Once you have finished placing your order, you will be immediately provided with an order number. We will also send you an email confirmation with this and full details of your order.
If you placed your order through a password-protected online account, you will be able to check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account. Alternatively, you can click on the link provided in the confirmation email.
We're all fond of new arrivals, which is why some of our items may be available to "pre-order". This means that you can order them in advance of the stock becoming available. We have added the estimated shipping date on the product page so that you know when to expect it, we will of course send you a dispatch confirmation email just in case.
If your pre-orderable item is part of a larger order you've placed, we may dispatch your items in multiple packages to avoid any unnecessary delays.
In the unlikely event of our manufacturers or suppliers not fulfilling pre-ordered items, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will, of course, notify you accordingly. If for any reason, you would like to cancel pre-orderable item(s), please Contact Us, quoting your order confirmation number and we will be happy to assist you.
A New Tribe Gift Card is the perfect something special for someone very special! To purchase, simply select the denomination you would like, £25, £50 or £100, and we’ll send it to you. Alternatively, we can also provide E-Gift Cards that will be emailed to the recipient at point of purchase.
Sending Gift Cards.
Physical Gift Cards will be mailed to the recipient via UK Signed and Tracked service. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
Please contact us if your physical Gift Card is not delivered within the normal delivery timeframe.
Redeeming Gift Cards
To redeem the monetary value of the gift card you must enter the unique code at checkout then click Apply. The gift card holds a balance which can be spent over multiple transactions.
If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total simply select Place my order.
If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, you will be prompted to choose an additional payment method to cover the difference before placing the order.
The balance remaining on the gift card is displayed on the order confirmation page, below the masked gift card code in the Payment Information section.
The gift card cannot be used toward Shipping Costs or towards purchases offered on Sale.
Occasionally Discount and Promotional Codes may be used as part or full payment. These are not permitted to be used against Gift Cards of any value. They cannot be used together and we would advise selecting the one code that provides the biggest benefit.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and A New Tribe Gift Cards. Items are charged at point of order.
For verification purposes, every purchase made with a gift card may also require you to enter a debit/credit card number. Your debit/credit card will only be charged if the order total exceeds the amount on your gift card. In this scenario, you will be charged the outstanding order balance. The information on your debit/credit card will not be used for any other purpose.
For sale periods where discounting may already be applied, additional credit notes and/or other discount and gift codes cannot also be applied.
