The Angelica Ring,  by Australian jewellery brand Cleopatra's Bling. An elegantly embellished band which is named after the heroine of the epic Renaissance poem Orlando Inamorato, in which Angelica is the beloved subject of Orlando’s affections.

Founded by Olivia Cummings, Cleopatra's Bling is the result of a life long love of travels and trinkets. With her time split between Melbourne, Paris and Istanbul - Olivia treasure hunts in the Istanbul Grand Bazaar for pieces that she hand-carves and reworks into new designs, with a hint of nostalgia.

About Angelica:  As Princess of Cathay, Angelica was so beautiful that any knight she met would pursue her hand in marriage. Once when in great danger, an African knight gave her a magical ring which has the power to render the wearer invisible. She used this gift to maintain her freedom and independence, by placing the ring in her mouth and disappearing at will. From this she lived a happy life full of liberty with the magic ring as her most precious item.

Handcrafted and individually cast, each piece is unique, which we believe is what gives it its beauty.
