The Clay Court Blanket by BFGF is a liveable work of art. Created by Californian based artist Lilian Martinez, it brings together a reclining figure, tropical foliage and an eclectic collection of objects - a terracotta vase, a basketball, a shell, a snail, and a bold checkerboard surface - in a composition that is maximalist and playful in detail, yet serene in feeling. Set against a beautiful dusty blue ground with teal green, sandy and black tones, it is a richly layered design from the BFGF collection.

As much at home on the wall as draped across a sofa, these textiles make a beautiful statement hung as a wall artwork — a more tactile and unexpected alternative to a framed print. The fringed edge and woven construction only add to the effect.
