Beautiful impressive wide decorative vase from the Rif mountain region in Morocco. These pieces are completely handmade by Berber tribes using traditional methods, and fired on age old open-air wood fires, giving these occasional smoke markings to the surface. They are then hand-painted using locally sourced pigments. These pieces were individually hand-sourced on our latest trip to Morocco.

There may be small imperfections, irregular markings or a wonkiness to these pieces, which is due to the handmade and rustic nature. We think this adds to the charm.

Please note that these vases are not glazed and so are not watertight. We recommend using with dried flowers or as a decorative piece.
