'Quandil' clay candle holder with engraved pattern by Memòri - a brand that celebrates and encourages ancestral techniques of the Moroccan craftswomen and specifically potters from the Rif Mountain region. Memòri was established with the aim of keeping these ancient crafts alive, whilst giving these craftswomen a livelihood.

Available in either a sand or brown colour, these pieces are made from clay gathered from the potters natural surroundings with a slip glaze applied, which are then decorated with an incised decorative pattern. Due to the hand-made nature of these pieces, variations are to be expected in both design and finish. Each piece is fired in an open fire creating different results including smoke marks, making each piece one of a kind.
