Sourced on our latest trip to Marrakech, these Moroccan Tamegroute round shaped candle holders have an olive glaze. The shape and glaze are both typical of this traditional style of pottery which comes from South Morocco from a small village called Tamegroute, which is close by to the Sahara Desert.
